It all started with a few self employed parents wanting a Bloody Mary after dropping their kids off at Brook Park. It is now a tradition like no other. Join guest bartenders Nicole and Mary (seasoned veterans of Brook Park drop off day!)as they celebrate the first day of school. The Cordial Inn opens at 7am with Breakfast treats and lots of Bloody Mary’s and Mimosa’s. You can always have a Cordial Burger for breakfast!!

Start your week with a chance at splitting over $45,000 with DP. The Queen of Hearts drawing tonight (8/24) is sure to be a good one. You don’t have to be present to win but you certainly have to buy your tickets. The drawing takes place after the softball games. See you at The Cordial.

What a great time last night. Mock Star exceeded all expectations and had the Inaugural Parking Lot Party dancing and singing like it was the 80’s all over again.
The final day of the Parking Lot Party starts at 11am this morning with Bogus and her Boozy Brunch. There will be an awesome Tito’s Bloody Mary Bar designed and produced by the Southside Sisters themselves. The Suncruiser Bags Tournament starts at 1pm. Just show up between 12:30 and 1 to sign up with games starting at 1. The event concludes in the late afternoon with Louis and Scharpf playing an amazing acoustic set from 4:30-7pm
Parking is available at 3101 Maple (entrance is on 31st St. and Central Federal Savings at the corner of 31st and Maple)

What an incredible night for our Inaugural Parking Lot Party at the Cordial Inn. A huge thank you to “Mike and Joe” for an incredible performance. Big shout out to Michelle and her team at Central Federal Savings on 31st and Maple for letting us use their parking lot. Another shout out to Joe, Collin, Dylan, and Javi at Burke Beverage along with Frank and his team at Sun Cruiser for sponsoring the event. An even bigger Thank You goes to the amazing Cordial staff for all your hard work making sure everyone was well hydrated. Lastly, we need to thank all of you, our amazing friends and guests. Last night was nothing short of awesome.

Another reason we live in the greatest neighborhood. Central Federal Savings at 31st and Maple is allowing us to use their parking lot for the weekend. If you have any banking needs, stop by Central Savings, an anchor at the corner forever!!
If you have to drive, feel free to park at the bank or the medical building. See you all at the Parking Lot Party.

The Inaugural Parking Lot Party starts today at 5pm and ends Sunday night at 7. We have a great lineup of music, ice cold beer and Sun Cruisers and awesome Cordial Burgers all weekend long.
For those planning to participate the The Sun Cruiser Bags tourney, just show up on Sunday. Registration starts at noon and ends at 12:45 with the contest starting at 1. Kids are welcome both Saturday before 7 and all day Sunday.
Please remember parking is very limited (3101 Maple, the only entrance is off 31st) and please Use the Crosswalks, this is a bad intersection. Because space is so limited, we ask that you don’t bring soccer chairs. See you at The Cordial Inn for the Parking Lot Party!!

How do you recover from an awesome night with “Mike and Joe” at the Cordial? That’s an easy answer. Sleep in until noon and head right back for an incredible Saturday (8/15) of Burgers Beers and Music. Dan Patrevito and his band will play from 1-4 while Dan Darrah brings it at 5. Now that your hangover is long gone, start building another when Mockstar hits the stage at 7. Kick back with great music, food, and fun people all day long.

The Inaugural Parking Lot Party starts this Friday Aug 14 at 5pm. Kick off the weekend with some Sun Cruisers and live music. Mike and Joe will play starting at 7pm.
There will be beer and sun cruisers served in the parking lot. There is no cover.
We ask everyone to walk, ride your bikes, or Uber over. If you have to drive, there is limited parking at 3101 Maple (the old Brook Park medical building)
If you do park in the neighborhood, please respect our neighbors.
Please be patient as this is our first go around with the Parking Lot Party.
