As promised, here are some quick vidoes of the gelato making process. All of the ingredients are natural, not from a gel or a base. Here we made a few flavors just to show you the process, and of course eat…. The milk is used to make gelato: nocciola, pistacchio, zuppa inglese, and our new peanut butter.
The sorbetto mixture of course does not have milk in it. We will be using that for bananas, coconut and some new and exciting sorbetto flavors that are next level. Hope you enjoy watching!

Ciao Caffe Giovanni family!

As you may know we’re currently in Italy. 🇮🇹 This past weekend we spent time with Marco. Who is Marco you ask? Marco is the Master Gelato maker “Maestro Gelatiere” here in Italy, who will be crafting the artisian gelato and sorbetto exclusively for Caffe Giovanni.

Be on the lookout for videos in the next few days so you can see the gelato making process.

Our Caffe Giovanni gelato is almost ready, it’s just clearing final documentation approval to ship to us in the United States. The first container is always the hardest, so hold on a little longer and it will be here before you know it.

We cannot wait for all of you to try our new gelato and sorbetto. Once you do you will understand why we do this. It’s for you, our wonderful customers.

We are also very excited to share that this gelato and sorbetto coming in from Italy, to Caffe Giovanni, is the only place in the United States that you can get it… It’s exclusively all ours and it is delicious!

Our first year participating in the Bristol Borough National Night out Event. Enjoyed our time with the kids, our new cart, and especially the Bristol Borough Police Officers. Thanks for all that you do to keep our community safe each and every day. Hope everyone enjoyed the gelato! We certainly had a great time!
