Hey hey new week, new special! This one is coming straight out of the Dang Household; Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (Bun Bo Hue)! Rice noodles, with slow cooked, tender brisket, traditional Bun Bo Hue broth with onions and lemongrass, and topped off with red cabbage, green onions, a lime wedge and comes with a toasted baguette half! Buttery, toasted brioche bun, with a smoked and seasoned patty, with fresh arugula, and topped off with jalapeño popper cream cheese, crispy fried jalapeño slices, and a house made spicy ranch!
