Matriciana — Caramelized onions & pancetta finished in a creamy pink sauce, served over homemade rigatoni. IYKYK!

Pasta Al Forno — Or as we call it, the lazy man’s lasagna! Homemade rigatoni tossed with ricotta, mini meatballs & red sauce, topped with mozzarella and baked!

Gnocchi — Homemade potato dumplings that literally melt in your mouth.
Made in house daily!

And of course… our WORLD FAMOUS LOBSTER RAVIOLI…..true story! No description needed. If you know, YOU KNOW!

Today we’re talking BROCCOLI RABE!

Sautéed with your choice of chicken, sausage or shrimp… OR go for the trio and get all three! Tossed with plenty of garlic, EVOO and served over your choice of homemade pasta!

Simple, fresh and SO damn good. IYKYK!

The nor’easter is rolling in, but hey… rain makes you beautiful and a little wind never hurt!! Come hungry, we’ll take care of the rest!

Happy Friday, y’all! Let’s have ourselves a day before this Nor’easter comes sliding through!

Today I’m giving you a little of this and a little of that… Rino’s style!

In no particular order, although this would definitely be MY order…

Starting off with a nice pour of Barolo while we wait on a few apps. Chef Tony’s famous crab cakes and the ultimate grilled octopus served over cannellini bean salad. And that’s just to get us started!

Next, we’re going family style with our famous lobster ravioli and of course Matriciana. Now those two right there is enough for me!!

Then let’s try Chef Tony’s thinly pounded veal chop Milanese and a dish of littlenecks served over homemade linguine in a white sauce….IYKYK

But WAIT… you know the rules around here. ALWAYS save room for dessert! I’m going with a slice of toasted almond amaretto cake and a nice cappuccino.

Now THAT’S amore!

Thirsty Thursday & HALIBUT for the hell of it!!
Let’s do this, my peeps!

Halibut pan-seared & oven-roasted, finished in a rich Chianti w**e reduction sauce and served with Chef Tony’s famous potato croquettes & asparagus!

And can we talk about THAT SAUCE?! Just look at it… now imagine soaking up every last drop. Yes, please!!

Happy Hump Day, my peeps! Let’s get this day started!!

If you’re a shrimp lover, we got you!!

SHRIMP DONE THREE WAYS ….THE CHEF TONY WAY!

Shrimp Grand Marnier…
Egg battered, sautéed and finished with a delicious orange liqueur sauce.

Shrimp Limoncello…
Egg battered and finished in Chef Tony’s famous limoncello saffron sauce with fresh spinach.

Shrimp Scampi…
Sautéed with EVOO and garlic ….and of course, Chef Tony’s special touch that makes this one of the best scampi sauces you’ll ever have ….served with toasted bread points to dunk up every last drop!

And my peeps… those are JUST THE STARTERS!

Today we’re talking 16 oz Prime Ribeye….
seasoned and grilled to the temperature of your liking, then finished with a wild mushroom Chianti w**e sauce. Served with Chef Tony’s famous potato croquettes and asparagus.

That sauce is OMG good…..IYKYK!

STUFFED PEPPERS is what I’m talking about today! Fresh ricotta mixed with broccoli rabe and minced Italian sausage, stuffed into our house made roasted red peppers, baked in fresh plum tomato sauce and finished with a drizzle of basil olive oil.

I get so excited when people order this dish because for some reason it always seems to fly under the radar… when it should be right at the TOP! IYKYK.

Today’s featured dish is one that needs very little words!

VEAL CHOP PARM……

pounded thin, panko crusted and fried, topped with our drinkable red sauce and mozzarella cheese, then baked until hot, bubbly and ridiculously good! Served over your choice of homemade pasta made to order.

I mean seriously… veal chop parm AND homemade pasta? What more do you need? One bite, my peeps. That’s all I’m saying. IYKYK.
