Hola Familia! We know you love Mama Angela's Chilaquiles, but have you taken the time to explore some of the other dishes she was known for? Her Mole Poblano is her signature dish, but her Pipian dishes, along with the Adobo Poblano, have flavors that are just as complex and delicious. In this photo, we also show the Albondigas, which is essentially Mexican meatballs. A perfect option for those who want something filling and comforting without it feeling like too much.

Pipian Verde is perfect if you have a cold, and you already know we take care of you here at Angela's Cafe Our Pipian Verde is a powerhouse of healthy and nutritious ingredients: green tomatillo for savory acidity, Jalepeños for a juicy kick of picante spice, Pumpkin Seeds and Spinach for an earthy boost of Omega-3s, fresh Parsley to lighten the palette, and cinnamon to reduce inflammation with its natural antioxidants.

If you're not familiar with these ingredients, imagine a juicy, savory dish that makes your mouth water, the spiciness is manageable, and you'll forget that it's made with vegetables.

Pipian is famous in Mexico, from Puebla to Chiapas, and Mama Angela's perfected recipe of Pipian Verde is one of the best.

A new special just in time for Easter! Our chef at our Eagle Hill location has prepared a juicy tilapia that is grilled to perfection, on a bed of crisp berros salad. Accompanied with two jumbo shrimp fried into a little heart, perfectly seasoned octopus, and rice con un toque de amor. Drizzled in a flavorful Chipotle mango sauce and served with garlic bread.
