Saffron Exceeded Every Expectation
If you're searching for a catering company that brings passion, extraordinary skill, and food that leaves your guests speechless, look no further than Saffron.
They recently catered our event, and I am still hearing rave reviews from everyone who attended.
From the moment the food was presented, it was clear this was no ordinary catering spread. The paella was nothing short of spectacular — generously loaded with an abundance of fresh seafood, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to that elusive golden perfection that only the most experienced hands can achieve.
But Saffron didn't stop there. The sweet plantains were tender, rich, and the perfect complement to each of the dishes.
The Spanish tortilla, an appetizer, was authentic and hearty. The texture and flavor was perfect. Although we were raised on Spanish food, this dish was new to us, and a nice surprise.
The mixed green salad with balsamic and olive oil vinaigrette was fresh, bright, and simple, but executed flawlessly.
Then came dessert, and Saffron absolutely stole the show. The classic flan was silky, creamy, and perfectly set. The strawberry's were amazing.
Beyond the food itself, the professionalism and warmth of the Saffron team made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail.
Saffron didn't just cater our event — they elevated it. Highest possible recommendation.
We will absolutely be calling them again.
