Alpha Food Trucks deserves a huge thank you! This family run business in Zimmerman built the inside of my truck a few years ago, they came to my house to fix the hot water heater just before my first inspection and now they have helped with the a/c in the truck to help keep it cool inside. 😞 why are we not out when it’s so hot? Here’s why…1) we do not have a working a/c unit and the cost to get it fixed or replaced is ridiculously expensive. 2) The soft serve machine kicks out hot air, heats up the inside. 3) When the inside of the truck gets over 102 the shaved ice flavors get too warm to put on the ice which then melts the ice and quality of what we serve is compromised. 3) it’s not safe for the workers; heat exhaustion/stroke is real just ask the owner.

Thank you to a great first Elk River Fest for us! City of Elk River put on a fun event! Everyone that visited our truck we hope we helped cool you down with our shaved ice!
