For Olga, Bakery Lead at The Range Café, baking is more than a career, it's a childhood dream come true.
Olga began her journey at The Range working in prep, but she always hoped to become part of the bakery team. When the opportunity finally came, she jumped at the chance. Today, she helps lead the team responsible for creating the scratch-made cakes, pies, pastries and desserts our guests know and love.
From planning production and developing new desserts to supporting her fellow bakers, Olga takes pride in every part of the process. She's especially proud of the teamwork and collaboration they've built together.
"What makes our bakery special is the care, creativity, and attention to detail that go into everything we make," Olga shares. "We don't just make desserts; we create something that we hope will bring happiness to the people who enjoy them."
