Elevated Sundays: We’re Coming to Divisadero!
For us at Higher Land Coffee, coffee is more than a morning routine—it’s an intentional craft, a story of origin, and a way to build community. That is why we are incredibly excited to announce that we are joining the Sunday ritual at the Divisadero Farmers Market!
Starting today, we are bringing our passion for small-batch, direct-trade roasting and meticulous manual brewing straight to the heart of the neighborhood.

Pick up a bag of freshly roasted, single-origin beans for your home brewing ritual.

Big news. We have a home. ☕✨
If you’ve been following our journey, you know we’ve made thousands of coffee drinks on the move, pouring our hearts into every single cup. But starting this Monday, May 25th, we are officially stepping into a space of our own in San Francisco.
We are incredibly honored and excited to be sharing this beautiful space with the amazing team at Agrodolce.
To everyone who has grabbed a cup from us, supported our roast drops, or just cheered us on along the way—thank you. We wouldn’t be opening these doors without you, and we genuinely can’t wait to serve you in our new home.

The Limited Reserve Drop: A Tale of Two Origins 🐾🦜
We are thrilled to unveil two extraordinary Micro Lots from the high altitudes of Colombia. Whether you’re looking for the crisp elegance of a rare variety or the experimental bold punch of fruit-infused processing, this drop has something for every palate.
1. Pink Borbon Creation 🐆
Hailing from Resinas Farm in Huila, this Single Origin is a masterclass in balance. The Pink Borbon variety is famous for its complex sugars, and this Semi-Washed lot brings those front and center.
• The Profile: Refreshing and bright.
• Tasting Notes: Sugarcane, Citric Acid, Floral, Green Apple, Green Tea, and Tangerine.
• Elevation: 1800 masl.
2. Juicy Grape Anaerobica 🍇
For the adventurous brewer. This lot utilizes a Honey + Grape process, where the coffee is fermented alongside fruit to create a profile that is undeniably juicy and rich.
• The Profile: Deep, jammy, and spiced.
• Tasting Notes: Brown Spice, Caramel, Brown Sugar, Grape & Red Grape.
• Growers: A collaborative effort from producers in Tolima, Huila, & Caldas.
• Elevation: 1750 masl.
