We’ve had branzino on the menu at Iyasare for years, but lately we’ve been serving it with shiso chimichurri *and* aged dengaku miso. It’s the best of both worlds! Plated on a handcrafted wooden board by our friend and wood craftsman, Bill DuMoulin 🤩

🌶️ New seasonal dish! 🌶️ Grilled Spanish octopus with a miso and Jimmy Nardello pepper puree. Chef Sho says the lightly charred octopus paired with miso-fermented sweet peppers is a “tasty umami” 😄 We agree, Chef!
