Every Friday here at Mile Limit, we are pouring a rotating sparkling wine flight to pair with our $1.50 oysters. This week: try a bright and crisp Cava from , a tarty French sparkling rosé from , and a citrusy Spanish pét-nat from — three unique wines, all paired perfectly with oysters.

Last Thursday, here at Mile Limit, we had chef Sergio spinning Bad Bunny records during our monthly wine club meeting.

Our new food menu celebrates locally produced California ingredients, with Mediterranean-inspired dishes and plates that were designed for sharing. Pair the dishes with a glass (or bottle) from our curated wine selection, but most importantly, come enjoy it with others.

Today Chef Sergio discusses one of his favorites for Mile Limit this season - the Tomato Salad.

With ingredients including peak-season heirloom tomatoes, Brentwood corn, whipped za’atar yogurt, and Rancho Gordo beans—Tomato salad is California summer on a plate.
