Chef Tina AKA Mama T is preparing two Tea Smoked Wild Sockeye Salmon Filets for a good friend and customer.

Of course, she is also baking chocolate pecan, Texas pecan, sweet potato and her Texas State Fair Blue Ribbon winning Apple Pies for Mama T Pies customers.

Been enjoying Masumoto Family Farm peaches all summer at Berkeley Bowl. Now the nectarines are in season and incredibly sweet and delicious. Chef Tina Ferguson-Riffe at Mama T's Pies is making me me any wonderful dishes.
