We didn't get into the cookie game to get rich off of people. We started this to make an impact on the world and give people a reason to smile. So many companies treat their customers like an ATM, only concerned about money. We run an honest business built on unwavering ethics and a commitment to providing real value. These are some of our brand promises:
1) We will never use AI creatives. If you see an image of our cookies, it's a photo or video we took ourselves of real cookies and people.
2) We will never pay strangers to say they like our cookies. Any influencers we use will be genuine supporters.
3) We will never bake with ingredients you wouldn't feel good about eating or feeding to your family.
4) We will never raise our prices based on demand. Maybe 5 bucks seems like a lot for a cookie, but we are around 2 dollars cheaper than our closest competitors. We keep a fair price that regular people can afford.
5) We won't make you wait around for your order. We ship the day after you order, unless it falls on a weekend.
