I would just like to take a moment and thank everyone for supporting my family, everyone who’s tried to put in orders, everyone who has tried to order our food and has not been able to, thank you so much for for trying and trying again to to get our food. We are doing our best to get our food to you as hot and fresh and delicious as possible.

I’ve been working tirelessly to get our website together and to implement third-party delivery through our website and have curbside orders also going through our website. This website integrates with our point of sale and makes everything a lot easier for me since I am the only one working at Alloy Kitchen right now. I’m cooking all the food. I’m making all the menus. I’m boxing all of the food and running the food out to you, our awesome customers and our delivery partners.

So we are running or are going to be running a very limited menu. It’s going to consist of fried chicken sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, wings And mac & cheese and some awesome features like this awesome meatball sub that I’ve got working and I’m working on this crispy pork sandwich with that asian pear chutney and some kind of yum yum slaw kind of like a Korean katsu pork sandwich type thing and looking forward to running that along with the meatball sub tomorrow as our features alongside some of your favorites such as the Alloy burger, cider chicken sandwich, wings, and our gluten-free pizzas which are really cauliflower flatbreads right now… lol.

I really appreciate again just everyone’s support, those of you who reached out or spent time just discussing with me about the future I just can’t thank you all enough and if you’re still here and you’re still reading my ramble at this point all I can say is thank you for supporting us and I can’t wait to cook for you soon.

Before the gluten-free red curry pot roast was a menu item, it was just an idea.💡

What started as a soup I made at home (second photo) turned into one of Alloy Kitchens’ best-selling dishes (third photo)! This was my first of many features I created at Alloy Kitchen, which is why it’s special to me.
•
Alloy was never about me, it was about bringing in the best people and fostering creativity, making something truly remarkable for our guests. I did that, and even though it’s just me now, I’m truly proud of what we accomplished.
•
Tough times make us stronger, and although Alloy is “going through it” right now, we’re preparing to come back even stronger than before.
•
Open Everyday 12-2pm and 5-8pm for curbside pickup and delivery.
