New Menu Item Alert 🚨

Meet the Cubano.

Our take on the classic starts with roasted pork and black forest ham, layered with a house cheese blend, pickles, and a rich mustard béchamel. Then we finish it with our mojo chimichurri pesto for a bright, herbaceous kick that brings everything together.

Savory. Tangy. Creamy. Crispy.

It's familiar enough to satisfy your Cubano craving, but with a little Ravioli Theory twist.

Available now at The Ravioli Theory.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

From all of us at The Ravioli Theory, thank you to those who served, those we’ve lost, and the families who continue to carry their legacy forward.

Today we remember. Today we honor.
Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend.

🦀🔥 NEW SEASONAL FLATBREAD 🔥🦀

We took one of your favorite takeout classics and gave it the TRT treatment.

Introducing our seasonal Crab Rangoon Crispy Soy Rice — layered with creamy crab rangoon spread, melted cheese blend, sweet chili sauce, fresh green onions, and crispy soy rice for the perfect mix of crunch, creaminess, sweet heat, and umami.

It’s nostalgic. It’s indulgent. It’s a little chaotic in the best way possible.

We are actively working to get the issue resolved and plan to reopen tomorrow for normal service.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s understanding and support. Stay cool, stay safe, and we hope to have you join our table again soon.

Big things are happening for our extended TRT family ❤️

Today, one of our own, Emily Sweeney, will be appearing on the Tamron Hall show, and we couldn’t be more excited or proud to cheer her on!
Emily has been such a special part of our extended family, and watching someone you care about step onto a national stage is an incredible feeling. Moments like this remind us how lucky we are to be surrounded by such talented, hardworking, inspiring people both inside and outside our restaurant walls.

Be sure to tune in TODAY at 10AM on ABC and show Emily some love! 📺✨

Congratulations, Emily — your TRT family will be watching and cheering you on every step of the way. ❤️

Yesterday, one of our own crossed the stage. 🎓✨

Today, we’re celebrating Maddie for graduating from University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Management and Marketing.

Balancing school, work, and everything life throws at you is no small accomplishment, and we’ve had the privilege of watching Maddie do it with hard work, determination, and positivity every step of the way.

We also know moments like this are made even more special by the love and support behind the scenes, and we know her family is incredibly proud watching her reach this milestone.

We’re beyond proud to have her as part of the TRT family and can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes her. Congratulations, Maddie — you earned every bit of this moment. ❤️🌍🍽️
