1:10pm: Eyes are bright and full of determination. Ready to take on the world AND the pho challenge. Feeling a greater sense of purpose.

1:50pm: Holding hand rail for dear life. Won’t look at pho for at least a week. Head and shoulders drooped in shame, but quickly soothes himself by saying “it is what it is”. Frank Ocean plays on the drive home as he looks out the window.

Thanks for stopping by, Zach! He can eat 15,000 calories in one day but he can’t defeat our pho challenge. Hope to see you again for a rematch!

In response to yesterday’s tragedy in Austin, we want to give back to those who are on the front lines for our city.

All week (Now–Sunday), first responders eat free at our restaurant.

Police officers, firefighters, EMS, state troopers, and FBI — show your uniform/badge and enjoy a meal on us. Dine-in or takeout, anytime, as often as you’d like.

Next up on our Warm Weather Favorites Series is our Pork Belly Banh Mi. 🥖🌞

Warm weather, cool weather; our banh mis are loved year round, all the time and any time. The banh mi is a foot long sandwich smothered with love in the form of homemade mayo and pate spreads and is stuffed with your grilled protein of choice (lemongrass beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, or tofu). Our favorite, the pork belly, is moist and savory on the warm French baguette and feels especially soft against the crispy and cool pickled carrots and daikon. Truly a match made in heaven 🙂‍↕️👌🏻🥖🪽✨

We’re starting off strong with introducing our delightfully-perfect-in-every-way 💥 grilled shrimp vermicelli.💥 The vermicelli plate is packed with both fresh and pickled veggies, crisp spring mix, and complimented by a warm bed of thin vermicelli noodles that keeps the meal feeling light, cool, and fresh in taste. The shrimp is grilled to perfection and it’s served with a tangy fish sauce that leaves you slurping the plate when you’re done. 💡Pro Tip: request the fatty brisket when ordering your brisket pho. The fatty brisket brings even more juiciness to the already flavorful bowl of soup and it melts in your mouth after a couple bites.

Bert lived today’s snow day to the fullest by deciding to embark on all sorts of side quests before 12pm. He started the day by going to Barton Springs in hopes of the coldest plunge of the year. Afterwards, he craved a hot bowl of pho specifically from our shop and decided “what the heck, let’s take on the pho challenge?” 🤷🏻💡

And as you can see, Bert successfully completed the challenge and took home our jackpot of $70. We’re not sure if Bert continued to yolo the rest of his day or if he’s still passed out on his couch after being driven home by his DD. 🛋️

Moral of the story: let’s celebrate every day and incorporate a little more spontaneity in our lives, just like Bert. Who knows, maybe you could also be our next Pho Challenge winner? 🏆🎉

Nine wonderful years of serving warm meals in Austin, Texas. Please join us Saturday, January 25th, for our $1 PHO celebration. 🥳 🎊☝🏻💸🕺

Pho is the perfect meal to enjoy on chilly days and the arctic blast this week has us journeying (and doordash-ing) far and wide for hot soup. 🍜❄️ The high is 60 on Saturday, making it more bearable to actually leave the house and go do something. 🙂‍↕️🚗🍽️ So why not celebrate leaving the house for the first time in a week by going to your local pho shop and enjoying some $1 PHO AND $1 BOBA!!? 🧋🍜🥰🤩

‼️UPDATE‼️ The line cut off for $1 pho for dinner with be at 6:30pm tonight ⏰ Current wait time is 3 hours. $1 boba/beverages promo is still redeemable from 7pm-9pm.

We are so so thankful for all of the love we’ve gotten today from the Austin community. Due to all the overwhelming support and the line now being past our plaza and into the residential area, we will be cutting the line off at 6:30pm. The current wait time is about 3 hours and we want to make sure we are still able to fully service you in our restaurant.
