Introducing my favorite winter dessert obsession: Kaiserschmarrn! 🌟

This is a traditional Austrian "pancake" dish, infused with rum-soaked raisins and served with hot applesauce. It's truly fit for an emperor (hence the name, which means "Emperor's Mess"). 🇦🇹

One bite and it will make you feel like you're on the Austrian ski slopes! ⛷️
