On this , we're thrilled thrilled to announce Chef Abril Callender as the new Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Austin, a story over a decade in the making.

Her Four Seasons Austin journey started as a culinary intern, where the moment she stepped through the kitchen doors, she knew she was home.

Over the years, Abril has shaped countless memories in our kitchen, from leading the Hotel’s most high-profile events to introducing new iconic culinary traditions like Ciclo’s Tomahawk Experience and imaginative vegan offerings rooted in her Latin heritage. Her approach is thoughtful, inclusive, and full of soul, always pushing boundaries while staying true to her roots.

Now, as Executive Chef, she continues to lead with that same spark. Her story reminds us that when you follow your heart, you end up exactly where you belong.
