Some people know, but it’s remained a bit of a secret that is our restaurant. It’s part of the InterStellar family located at in Pflugerville Tx.

We’re honored that and selected our Smoked & Pulled Lamb Shoulder Taco as one of the 50 Best Tacos in Texas. Served on a homemade flour tortilla with avocado salsa, onion, cilantro, lime, and cotija, it’s a taco we love deeply and proudly serve at both Yellow Bell and InterStellar BBQ.

We’re excited to be serving it at the Texas Monthly Taco Fest on June 6 in Grand Prairie. It’s some of the state’s best BBQ wrapped in a fresh flour tortilla — a true blend of Texas barbecue and the vibrant food culture of the Coastal Bend.

We are excited to be partnering with our friends from to bring you Truffle Week at InterStellar BBQ, this Wednesday 2/25 - Sunday 3/1:

- We will be running a special Smoked Pork Collar with Truffle Calabrian Chili Crunch on the menu all week along with our usual bbq offerings.

- On Sunday 3/1, we will have a special ala carte menu with truffled BBQ dishes to pick and choose from, in addition to our regular menu, including:
