SLAB BBQ & Beer Our restaurant and food truck bring you the best BBQ Austin has to offer! Call us today. Have you heard about the Notorious PIG?

Our sandwiches are second to none, and we even have catering services so everyone at your next event can enjoy! SLAB was founded on the basis of bringing you new flavors that may be a break from your traditional Texas BBQ. We bridge the taste bud gap of the Dirty South from Memphis, to the Carolinas, Alabama, and Texas. SLAB began as a food trailer in 2006 and in August 2014 established a brick and mortar location, already becoming the restaurant everyone's raving about. We also offer catering so everyone at your next event can enjoy! Call us today to schedule our services, or stop by any time for lunch, dinner or simply a sandwich for a snack! Whether you visit us at our restaurant or food truck, we look forward to seeing you.
