Panzerotti - a crispy pizza turnover from Puglia, stuffed with dehydrated cherry tomatoes, parmesan, pecorino and mozzarella. Finished in a parmesan foam.

Orecchiette - house made with calabrese butter sauce, tomato pepperoncini jam, confit oyster mushrooms, spinach and burrata cheese. ❤️
