Look how beautiful our team is 🥲
this was long over due to post but it’s ok cause I’m doing it now. It’s never too late. When Eric and I started, we would say things like “one day we will have a beautiful team and have a big Christmas party” well it happened. One thing that matters a lot to us is the well being of our team because without them we can’t grow in any way and that’s the reality of things. They work SO hard and we’re so happy we can show them our appreciation with everything we can. That day we ate, we drank, we laughed, we cried, but most importantly we got to be together outside of work and have a great ass time 🙌🥳 and don’t worry we got Ubers for everyone hehe - Trust that when we are not there, our staff represents us better than well! It took us a minute to get our groove and learn to delegate but I can say without a blink that we have the dream team.
That’s it, love you Austin ❤️

Each whole bird includes:
• one side
• our house rotisserie aioli
• fresh salsa verde

Still pinching myself ✨
Some days in Bastrop feel like déjà vu. like we’re back at the very beginning, under a little tent with a dream, a rotisserie, and no idea where it would take us.

It’s reminded us of those first nights…
meeting people one by one, learning as we went, feeling the spark of something real.
That same feeling is here again. simple, grounded, and so alive.

Today I want to shine the light on Eric.
My brave, brilliant husband who changed careers at 40, trusted his heart, and built a new life through cooking. He jumped in with everything he had and watching him grow into this craft has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

There’s nothing more fulfilling than building something authentic…
layer by layer, plate by plate, conversation by conversation.
We’re still evolving, still learning, still dreaming.

We can’t wait to keep sharing this adventure with you.

Behind the scenes of our weekend shoot 🐔✨
This time, we’re doing something a little different — instead of cutting the rotisserie chicken into quarters, we’re chopping it into smaller pieces so you can dip every bite into Eric’s famous salsa verde.

🍃🥑 Our salsa verde has a life of its own — raw, fresh, and full of flavor. We all go crazy for it hahahaha - Eric makes it with so much love 💙 - it’s one of those sauces that works with everything: hot or cold, salad or chicken, lunch or midnight snack.
