Dean's Italian Steakhouse is one of OpenTable's Top 100 Hotel Restaurants in America.

We found out the way we find out most things: on a busy night, mid-service, with a full dining room and a Negroni waiting at the bar.

So here's what we'll say. This list is built on reviews, and reviews are built on nights. The anniversary at table twelve. The proposal she said yes to before he finished asking. The four friends who closed the place down on a Wednesday.

Dean's prix fixe is now served nightly on The Veranda. Start with a crisp Little Gem Caesar or our steakhouse wedge, then settle into diver scallops or an 8oz filet. Feeling it? Add a pasta course: truffle bucatini or wagyu bolognese. Finish sweet with tiramisu or gianduja mousse.
