FYI, We are now located at 10300 Springdale Rd. Google has a difficult verification process to change your business address that we are still navigating, so please bear with us as we deal with getting that changed as soon as possible.

The Parish Barbecue team is excited to announce that we will be MOVING to a new location. That's right! The cat's out of the bag now. We are stoked to announce that we will be relocating to in a brand new, much larger trailer.

Our last week is THIS WEEK, last day of service being this Sunday 4/26. Starting next Friday, 5/1 we will be popping up at ABW Fri-Sundays until our new trailer is inspected and ready to go.

This was a difficult decision for us to make. We want to emphasize to everyone how much we love the Batch team. Noah, Josh, Gabe, Mark and all of your staff believed in us and our concept and gave us an incredible space to get our business started. We will always appreciate the support y'all gave us. We literally wouldn't be here without you, and we will continue to support you and hopefully collab in the future!

At the same time, we are so so thrilled to embark upon this next chapter, and can't thank Austin Beerworks enough for bringing us into their family. We can't wait to get open and introduce some new menu items to y'all.

Stay tuned for a trailer opening date announcement, as well as an announcement for a belated one year anniversary party sometime around Memorial Day weekend.

What an awesome week of fun and some great specials!

We had such an amazing time hanging with yall this week for SXSW! We are especially thankful to our exceptional staff for making it a great experience all week for everyone who came out to the trailer. Our team works extremely hard to make everything from scratch and serve each person with a smile who comes up to our window.

Because we have incredible customers, this was one of our best weeks of sales since we opened. We are so thankful for each and every one of you who have supported us, and we CAN'T WAIT to make a major announcement about our future in the next week or so.

We're excited to announce that Christmas preorders are now LIVE!

We will have the same menu items as Thanksgiving but with the addition of whole smoked ducks! You won't want to miss them!

Preorder pickup day for Christmas will be Tuesday, December 23rd from 11am-6pm at the trailer .

PSA! The Parish Barbecue trailer will be closed on Thanksgiving (11/27) and Black Friday (11/28) so our incredible hardworking staff can spend the holiday with their families. We will reopen Saturday and Sunday 11/29 and 11/30 for our regular hours 11am-8pm.

We hope everyone has a peaceful, restful and delicious holiday full of good times and great food. We hope to see you after Thanksgiving!

A friendly Texas reminder that Parish Barbecue will be closed tomorrow, November 1 for the Texas Monthly BBQ Fest World's Fair.
We will be out in Lockhart slinging pulled duck, house cured ham sliders on our fried Pistolette rolls, and crawfish cornbread dressing. We will also be selling shirts, hats and stickers. We hope you come by say hello and grab some food from us as well as all the other amazing barbecue vendors that will be out there.

We are so blessed for the opportunity to share our food with all of you at this incredible festival, celebrating the best of Texas barbecue! So please don’t show up at the trailer tomorrow. You will be sadly disappointed, and brisket-less.

We will be open as usual Sunday, November 2 from 11 AM to 8 PM or until sold out. We hope to see you then. Cheers!

✨ We are beyond honored and humbled ✨

Yesterday, we were awarded a Bib Gourmand by the MICHELIN Guide, one of the most respected honors in the culinary world. And to receive it just seven months after opening… we’re absolutely speechless.

This journey started with a simple dream and a whole lot of faith, to create a place where people could gather around good food and leave feeling a little fuller in heart and stomach than when they came in.

We’re deeply thankful for our incredible staff, for our guests who’ve believed in us since day one, and for the many blessings that have carried us here. We would not be where we are without y’all’s support and encouragement.

We truly see this as a blessing and a reminder that God’s timing and goodness never fail. 🙏🏻

November 8: Chef Showcase at the Austin Food and Wine Festival, at Auditorium Shores in Austin.

November 15: Troubadour BBQ Fest in Celina, at Old Celina Park

November 26: Parish Barbecue Thanksgiving order pickup day. Come by and grab your hams and other items anytime between 11am and 6pm.

This fall we are going to be throwing some amazing new side specials y'alls way. We're starting out with Cream Corn Maque Choux.

Our take on a classic Texas style Creamed corn is a heartier version of the Cajun classic Maque Choux, with fresh corn cut off the cob, the Cajun trinity, diced tomato and green onion stewed down with a roux, cream and spices.

We Will be running this special all fall as long as local corn is available. Come by and give it a try! And stay tuned for more exciting specials as fall goes forward.

We're bringing the noise this weekend in the backyard! Come hang with us and watch UT and LSU on a giant screen out back while you sip on some cold Batch brews.

We've got smoked fried cracklins to munch on during the games Saturday only, and boudin is BACK with a vengeance this week, paired with locally grown pickled red Serrano peppers and spicy saltines.

We also will be throwing down with Tabasco Honey butter basted pork steaks and more of our fall seasonal side, our take on cream corn.

We are excited to announce our Thanksgiving menu for this year! We will be selling our house cured hams, pans of crawfish cornbread dressing, homemade cranberry sauce and our Pistolette rolls with Tabasco Honey butter.

Preorders are open now and will be open for hams until November 15, for all other items until November 22 or sold out.

Our designated pickup date is WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 26 FROM 11AM-6PM at the Parish Barbecue trailer.
