Our bistro operation features first rate locally roasted coffees and offers a modern take on the techniques of traditional French country and Mediterranean cooking. We do our best to follow Alice Waters’ dictate to seek out the local, the fresh, the simple, the nutritious, and the beautiful, and to serve these in season at their peak.

Texas French Bread hires friendly, hardworking, responsible, and organized individuals who are seeking work they can commit to. Previous, relevant experience is essential. In exchange for your hard work, we are committed to paying fair and equitable wages, including full time options for affordable health insurance, sick pay, and paid time off.
