Roger Creager has been a staple in the Texas Country Music Scene for over 25 years! His dynamic stage presence earned him the title of 2001 Entertainer of the Year (Texas Music Awards) and 2015 Entertainer of the Year (CMA Texas).

As an independent artist, Creager has sold over 250,000 albums and achieved thirteen #1 singles on the Texas Music Chart. Notably, he co-wrote George Strait’s “Sittin’ On the Fence” and has collaborated with industry greats like Cody Johnson, Kevin Fowler, Josh Abbott, Deryl Dodd, and Gary P. Nunn. In November 2023, Creager made his Grand Ole Opry debut, marking another milestone in his illustrious career.

An adventurist at heart, Creager does not like to sit still while the world passes by. Whether it's climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa, running with the bulls in Spain, offshore fishing, or playing music through the Italian countryside, he seeks to get the most out of what the world has to offer. These experiences find their way into Roger’s music and live shows, invigorating his fans with his passion for life. His infectious high energy and charisma keep fans coming back show after show, year after year, and record after record.

Former East Coasters and Midwesterners can get a bite of nostalgia at Connor's Creamery, the ice cream truck at Garbo's Lobster that serves Flavor Burst ice cream — a vanilla base with colorful ribbons of gel flavoring around the edges. According to the semi-reliable Flavor Burst map, there are a few other places to find these around town, but at Connor's you can pop over for a lobster roll and pretend you're at the beach. 12709 N. Compared to more coastal towns, Austin isn't exactly a haven for soft serve ice cream. Although we have plenty of desserts around town, a nice swirled cone has not always been easy to find — but that's starting to change.
