Today, we want to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported us on this journey.
A little more than two years ago, we took on The Grill-eria after a difficult start and a path that didn't unfold the way we had hoped. There were challenges, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty. Through it all, we worked hard, stayed committed, and were blessed with the support of an incredible staff and the encouragement of people who believed in us and lent us a helping hand when we needed it most.
Today, we are proud of how far we've come. Every day, we strive to bring authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine to the Austin community, continually improving, learning, and growing. Seeing our guests enjoy their meals, reading your wonderful reviews, and watching the smiles around our tables reminds us why we do what we do.
To every customer who has walked through our doors: thank you. Thank you for your support, your feedback, your kind words, and your trust. Thank you for sharing meals with your families, celebrating special moments with us, recommending us to friends, and becoming part of our story. Some of you have even become friends, and for that we are especially grateful.
