Greg & I spent Sunday at the farmers market with Chef David, making fresh Caprese sandwiches using produce sourced right from the market 🍅🥖🌿
When we were first asked to do a cooking demo, our immediate thought was: “There’s no way Chef can leave the restaurant on a Sunday brunch.” But our entire team stepped up, held it down, and pulled off a successful brunch service while we were out in the community.
We’re so glad we said yes. It gave us the chance to introduce ourselves to people we hadn’t met yet, reconnect with old friends, and share what we love doing most, great food made with great ingredients.
