Peaches & Feta is back. For a very limited time. 🍑

Every year we look forward to peach season and to getting fruit from Cliff Caskey’s Orchards in San Marcos.

Cliff’s tree-ripened peaches are harvested at peak season and sold exclusively at Central Texas farmers markets. They’re the reason this dish returns to our menu every summer!

This year, however, a warmer winter followed by a hard freeze in March severely impacted peach crops across Texas. Some growers are predicting yields as low as 10% of a normal harvest.

That’s why this year’s Peaches & Feta is more than a seasonal dish—it’s an opportunity to support the local farmers who continue to grow incredible fruit despite increasingly challenging conditions.

Come spend the evening with us to celebrate Vitamina T, the debut cookbook by Executive Chef Fermín Núñez and Jorge Gaviria of .

Fermín and Jorge will be in attendance to share stories, insights, and inspiration behind Vitamina T— a collection of more than 100 recipes dedicated to Mexico’s unofficial food group: tacos, tortas, tamales, and everyday street food staples!

📚 Signed copies of Vitamina T will be for sale by

🌮 The Suerte kitchen will offer a selection of specials inspired by the book, with cocktails and beer available for purchase at an outdoor satellite bar.

For four generations, Real Minero has produced mezcal in Santa Catarina Minas using ancestral clay-pot distillation, a process that yields some of the most site-expressive spirits in Oaxaca. Under Graciela’s leadership, Real Minero has become a leader in agave conservation, scientific research, and support for traditional mezcal communities.
