It feels like 108° outside today... but inside our kitchen, it's pushing 115°. 🥵

While so many are looking for ways to stay cool, this incredible crew is standing over fryers and grills, working through the heat with smiles on their faces so we can serve every customer the best food possible.

I see the sweat. I see the exhaustion. I see the teamwork. I see the hearts behind every meal that leaves our kitchen.

Tell my staff how amazing they are. A kind word, a smile, or a simple "thank you" goes farther than you know. Those few seconds of encouragement can make a long, hot day a little easier.

I'm so proud of every single one of them. They show up, they work hard, they care, and they continue giving their best even when the heat is relentless.

Shark Shack Long(24x36 acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas) is at Salt Gallery in Morehead City. They suggested painting some Atlantic Beach and Morehead City icons. Among the other requested icons are Tower Seven, Chasin Tails, The Tackle Box, Capt Stacy Gift Shop, Four Corners, and Island Grill. I am having a lot of fun with this assignment. What icons would you paint? I will post the icons as they are completed.
