A Seat at Our Table. A Giant in Our History. Today we honor the life and legacy of Rev. Jesse Jackson. 🕊️ Whenever he came to Atlanta, he came to The Busy Bee. Always. Catfish was his favorite with collard greens, mac & cheese, and yams on the side.

Leaders gathered at our tables. History sat in our booths. And Rev. Jackson always ordered the catfish.

Honored to be recognized by MICHELIN Guide 2025 and deeply grateful to the Atlanta Business Chronicle for spotlighting Busy Bee Cafe and our next chapter. To be celebrated for nearly 80 years of legacy while preparing to open our second location… that’s God, that’s community, that’s consistency. 🖤🐝

And yes… the MICHELIN plaque showed up fashionably late 😂 but listen, greatness takes its time. We’ve been serving at a star level, the plaque just had to catch up!

Thank you to every customer, every supporter, every generation that’s walked through our doors. The legacy continues. Second location coming soon. 🍽️✨
