Buttermilk's mission is to nurture people through food by use of sustainable, local ingredients. A kitchen where most everything is made in-house from scratch, paying tribute to it's name, "Buttermilk" which refers to the liquid utilized after butter was churned; carrying out the philosophy of letting nothing go to waste.

Everyone orders the classic chicken biscuit, but this is what we'd get every time. 🤫 We take our scratch-made buttermilk biscuit and pair it with crispy fried chicken that's been completely drenched in our maple hot sauce. Sweet, spicy, and perfectly messy. Trust us on this one, it's exactly what your next brunch needs. 🍯🔥

Meet Wes, a true BK local legend! 🥓 If you've been dining with us for a while, you might remember the Wes Plate. He ordered it so much we just had to put it on the menu. We might have retired his namesake dish, but we're so glad his "boycott" didn't last long! These days you can catch him enjoying the triple play, a bagel, or one of our daily specials. And yes, he still gets his bacon burnt. We love our regulars and the community that makes this place feel like home!
