🐟 Summer Ahi with Ancient Grains — perfectly seared ahi over a green goddess ancient grain salad with fresh Campari tomatoes.

🍣 Grilled Salmon with Miso Béchamel — grilled salmon served with haricot verts, wild rice & barley, finished with a rich miso garlic cream sauce and fresh lemon.
