Turns out the secret ingredient is people. (Coffee is also pretty important.)

San Fran Coffee is hiring, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable humans who can make a great drink, love a good neighborhood coffee shop, and remain reasonably calm when the ticket printer chooses violence.

Think you’d fit in around here? Come work with us!
Coffee experience is great, but good dependable honest people are even better. Link is in our bio!

Gold star behavior 💫

Knowing your barista’s name. Sharing the table. Trying the seasonal drink instead of saying “I’ll just get my usual.” Supporting the artists on our walls.

Basically: the little things that make a coffeehouse feel like a neighborhood coffeehouse.

What gets a gold star from you? Follow and let us know in the comments!

You know we love a compliment. Thank you for the love!

We don’t judge.
We do, however, have several strongly held beliefs.
A few hills we’ll die on as San Fran baristas.
What’s yours?

Look once. Then look again.

Atlanta artist David Hansford calls his style **Subliminal Realism** — realistic imagery layered with memory, emotion, and hidden details that reveal themselves the longer you look.

His *Rose Window* series is on the walls at our Midtown/Ansley coffeehouse throughout September to admire AND to purchase. You can also find his work and more from The Scribblers Studio at Westside Market !

Come grab a coffee and see what you notice.
