We had the pleasure of catering the 56/66 Chevrolet  Car Club Annual Dinner Party, and what a night it was!

Our Grilled Tenderloin Carving Station was a huge hit, along with our Chicken Marsala with Shiitake Mushrooms — both were crowd favorites! 🍄🍷

Tonight we had the pleasure of serving 140 guests with our signature Smokehouse Concept! 🥩🔥

Our carved brisket stations were the star of the show, serving up tender, slow-smoked brisket fresh to order and bringing that true smokehouse experience right to the event.
