Dampfwerk aquavit, fresh herbs, sparkling house-made sprite, and sake.

This cocktail utilizes a traditional Scandinavian spirit called aquavit (or akvavit). We’ve chosen a stateside aquavit, created by , with its lovely caraway spice and anise notes rounded out by blending with bourbon.

Our take on an aquavit and sprite is bubbly, herbaceous, and zingy. A perfect summer porch crusher.
