a little taste of at the atl food & w**e festival! 🌮🔥 the little rey team had a blast serving up wood-fire grilled chicken al carbón tacos on corn tortillas with all the salsas — jalapeño ranch, avocado verde, salsa reynosa, and red + green taquero. plenty of tacos, plenty of salsa, and such a fun day with the atlanta community!

recently, a group of friends came together for an unforgettable crawl through the dunwoody, krog, and buckhead locations, with some even flying in just for the occasion. 👏☺️⁠

we wanted to spotlight the incredible teams who went above and beyond to create special moments throughout the weekend and make the superica crawl truly memorable for the group. from the buckhead team smoking bone-in short rib for smoked short rib tortas, presented tableside, to watermelon salads and a special soft serve creation waiting for them at their final superica stop, every detail made the weekend one to remember for everyone invovled!

last friday, said the sweetest goodbye to alissa diffenderfer as she completed her final shift with the team. 🤍 alissa has been a part of the rocket farm family for over 11 years, and we’re so grateful for the countless memories and hard work she’s poured into our restaurants over the years. we’re so excited to watch what’s next for her and wish her all the success and happiness in this next chapter! cheers to you, alissa! 👏

during an rfr course at the office, the avalon team took some time to celebrate a few special moments together. conner avery, lauren linblad, and tiana walters came together to sign cards and bring flowers in recognition of zavonte kasambira, victoria tyo, and asya knight’s recent promotions!! 👏 they also surprised asya knight with a birthday cake to celebrate her birthday! it was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful moment to be a part of!

over the weekend, was proud to be part of an east nashville tradition—the tomato art fest! 🍅 caleb hiltunen and tori zumwalt were serving up bloody marys for the community and had such a fun time being part of the festivities. thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello and enjoy a drink with us!

huge congratulations to executive chef mike parhm of for placing 3rd at the 2026 great american seafood cook-off! 🏆 representing the state of tennessee alongside chef assistant, cook 1 ian jimenez, the pair showcased their culinary craftsmanship and creativity by preparing a binchotan grilled gulf redfish featuring tennessee sweet corn, charred sungold tomatoes, sweet onion soubise, roasted veal consommé, and chive oil. what an incredible accomplishment to celebrate! ⁠

q: where are you from?
a: kennesaw georgia, but i lived in colorado for 7 years

q: favorite menu item at st. c?
a: crudo, amazing with chablis

q: what's one thing on your bucket list?
a: jump out of an airplane

q: favorite w**e to talk about or tell people about at st. c?
a: it varies but i usually gravitate towards white w**e. right now i'm loving chablis, jura, and albariño.

q: what inspires you?
a: my wife. she has been fundamental in this whole process, motivating me and uplifting me, as well as my kids.

q: what are you most looking forward to in this role?
a: to grow and keep learning more about w**e. the more you know, the more you realize what you don't know.

recently, we said a heartfelt (mustache themed, of course) farewell to one of the very best, sam thomas, rm of krog, after nearly three and a half years being apart of the rocket farm family! 👏 ⁠

we're incredibly grateful for everything sam has contributed over the years, and while it's never easy to say goodbye, it's a privilege to celebrate our team members as they take on their next chapter just as much as it is to welcome them in. wishing sam nothing but success in what's ahead!
