Join Le Bon Nosh & Etude Wines for a summer wine dinner, guided by Senior Winemaker Jon Priest!

Etude Winery was founded in 1982 by Tony Soter and was named for the French word for study — his goal was to study and master the art of growing and crafting exceptional Pinot Noir. When Tony decided to go make Pinot Noir in Oregon, he sold the winery and hand-picked his successor in Jon Priest — that was in 2000, and Jon has led the winery ever since, making exceptional Pinot Noirs, plus Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

On Tuesday, June 9, Jon joins us in the dining room for an evening of conversation and wine education centered around the Etude portfolio, alongside a three-course menu from Chef Forough paired to each selection.

This summer, Atlanta joins Fine Vintage’s esteemed Sommelier Showdown series, a wine competition that has enthralled guests in Vancouver, New York City, and Toronto.

June 12 • July 14 • August 18

For three evenings, Atlanta’s finest wine professionals will compete at Le Bon Nosh in a live pairing competition. Each sommelier presents their wine alongside Chef Forough’s four-course menu and makes their case for why it belongs at the table. You taste both wines across every course. You vote.

By the end of the Final Showdown, one champion emerges. That sommelier receives a five thousand dollar scholarship toward their wine education, fueling the next generation of wine professionals dedicated to expanding access and deepening appreciation for the art of pairing.

Round 1 is June 16 at 6 PM. The evening opens with a reception and canapés, followed by dinner at 6:30.

On Thursday, May 28th, we will highlight Diamond Hill Farms by welcoming their team to join us as we weave its produce into every element, from a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Forough Vakili to fresh signature cocktails and nonalcoholic beverages crafted by Whiskey and Rosemary Founder, Erika Shante and Le Bon Nosh mixologist, Brianna Oswald.

Last Friday, we spent the morning with sharing coffee, conversation, and a first look at the return of our Le Bon Nosh Market Bags.

Now officially available through our online store, each weekly bag brings together the best of what’s fresh and in season from our local farm partners, alongside prepared staples from the Le Bon Nosh kitchen.

Every bag includes:
• 8 locally grown organic fruits & vegetables
• 2 pantry staples from our market
• Access to Chef Forough’s weekly recipes inspired by the week’s ingredients

Our current farm partners include Woodland Gardens, Diamond Hill Farm, and Quercus, with selections changing weekly based on the harvest and the season.
