Fan Favorite the Orange Henny Glaze!! This sauce is unique and flavorful. Making this sauce, I remember running back and forth to the grocery store buying ingredients trying to get the perfect combination for this sauce. Two weeks later after selling a couple of orders, making a couple of changes. I finalize this marvelous sauce and now I have Orange Henny Glaze!

I am only in the early stages of Uncle D's Wet Wingz, but I remember when I wrote my first cookbook. I wrote this book to get over my fear of success and to learn how to finish something. I have always been someone who can start but couldn't finish. Now, this was one of my first successes, me cooking and completing my first cookbook.

I remember sitting up looking at all the different flavors of wings online, but I knew I wanted to create a wing experience. Countless hours in the kitchen putting together these sauces for the wings. These sauces are original other than the buffalo but I put a twist on that one, lol. I remember creating this flavor, I was in Seville Spain. First I was trying to tequila, so the first time I attempted the flavor I couldn't read spanish and got rum that looked like reposado. Finally I found tequila and created this flavorful sauce Tequila lime. Hope you enjoy!!!!
