The smoke comes with it. Every single pour. Our Smoked Old Fashioned arrives in a smoke-filled decanter and gets poured right at the table, orange peel on top. Put a Bourbon Burger next to it (wh***ey bacon, aged white cheddar, Browned Butter Bourbon onions) and that's Bourbon Heritage Month handled.
