A new pour is coming to Lyon Hall. 🍷

We’ve teamed up with pioneering Willamette Valley w**ery Ken Wright Cellars to create our very first Lyon Hall Chardonnay.

The 2025 vintage is incredibly fresh, with bright acidity and a beautifully rounded texture from neutral-barrel aging. Think lemon curd, Honeycrisp apples, subtle almond notes, and a long finish that keeps unfolding with every sip.

The w**e will debut with our fall menu and will be available by the glass at all five Liberty Restaurant Group restaurants.

At Lyon Hall, there’s a natural pairing: Salmon Wellington, our Wednesday Plat du Jour.

Our fall menu are launching in early October. Stay tuned for the new season, new dishes, and a very special new pour. ✨
