Our competition season is well underway and our team took the trek down to Williamsburg, VA this past weekend to compete at the Revolutionary BBQ Brawl. This was a great public event, where we participated in the "Meat The Pitmasters" event Friday night, serving up Pulled Pork Sliders and Baked Beans to the crowds delight! Onto the competition Saturday, where we thought we had a good cook. The Judges agreed, finishing:

6th Chicken 🐓
1st Ribs 🍖
11th Pork 🐖
12th Brisket 🐄

Overall RESERVE GRAND CHAMPIONS!

We're so pumped that all our hard work this offseason is paying off and our team is back knocking on the door! Congrats to on their GC! And a HUGE thanks to for coming down to help and lending us their trailer for the weekend to work out of!

Also, a huge congrats to who was a student at our KCBS Master's BBQ Class this offseason. They had their best day in years, walking 3 times! Keep up the great work!
