Timer's Cafe

Timer's Cafe Timer was the nickname for Brenda's father. He was a cook in WWII and then a Pennsylvania coalminer all his life.

He also worked in many small diners and restaurants in PA. He has passed now but his recipes and way of cooking will live on forever.
