who doesn’t love a good, extra cheesy grilled cheese?! 🤤

we are switching our bread over to a super delicious, multigrain sourdough that makes the most legit grilled cheese 🧀👌🏼 but we need your help deciding what cheese to put on it! what is your favorite cheese combo for a grilled cheese?!

we know we promised our schedule to go out last week, but we had a family emergency pop up and had to focus on that. i know we’ve had a lot of that the last few months, and we truly cannot thank you enough for the support we’ve received ; the patience + grace given in our response times ; and understanding! 🫶🏼 we are still navigating through that serious, ongoing family medical situation, and we appreciate your continued support and understanding. one of the biggest blessings of being a small business owner is the ability to be there for our loved ones, so we are continuing to take advantage of that — as family matters most ✨

that being said — here is our may schedule, finally! 🤪 as we are ramping up for our full, busy season ahead, you may notice some new faces on the truck. we are actively training some folks who have joined our team, so please show them love and patience as they are learning! we are excited to have them ready to go when the full season hits — we couldn’t do what we do without the amazing team we have!! 🙌🏼

well, the village of brandon made us a liar tonight 🤣 if you’ve been with us a while, you know it is very rare for us to sell out of this much of our menu. but here we are, two weekends in a row, making this post! 😢

we appreciate everyone’s patience thru all of that, and we’re so sorry if we ran out of something you were looking for. we strive to bring enough food to not run out of our entire menu, buuuut we failed on that tonight. we love you guys and appreciate your support 🫶🏼 we’ll see you out there again soon!

well, mother nature is at it again ⛈️ we have some updates to our schedule for the weekend :

☔️ tonight’s rally at has been cancelled due to the weather forecast, to keep everyone safe. we will be back there soon though!
🌧️ we will no longer be at mosquito hill on sunday, BUT! we will now be with our friends from kickin ash bbq and the big blue yummy at from 11a - 2/3p! we will have on-line ordering open for sunday as well.

we also wanted to acknowledge what a lot of our community is going through with the flooding, evacuations, + more rain on the way. we wanted to be able to do something for those affected, so here is what we came up with : anyone affected by the flooding can come to the truck on sunday and receive 50% off their bill. we wish we could do more, but this is the best way we can support at the moment 🫶🏼 please share with anyone that you know was affected and might need a good, hot meal during this challenging time. all we ask is to please not take advantage of the offer.

we’re slowly picking up more events, and still have a little availability in april + may! send us a message if you have something for us 🤓 and keep an eye for us adding dates throughout the month!

we are planning to have both trucks out and about all summer long, so we need to add a few more awesome people to our crew! 💃🕺

we offer competitive pay, many additional bonuses, flexible schedule, your schedule in advance, and opportunities for advancement! experience is great, but we are willing to train the right person.

✨ positions we’re looking for : cook • window • cart attendant
⏱️ hours : mostly pm (roughly 4p - 9p), but some am (11a - 1p) as well!

how did everyone survive that snow?! 😳 we have been brainstorming some fun, new features we could try out on the truck, and wanted some inspiration from some of the trips we’ve taken. we love going to this restaurant called ‘dead dog saloon’ in murrels inlet, south carolina. it’s right on the water, with beautiful views and such fun vibes! they also have the best hush puppies there 🤤

we have always wanted to recreate them, and we finally did! so this weekend, we will be featuring our house made hush puppies with a honey cinnamon whipped butter. if you’ve never had a hush puppy before, or maybe never even heard of them, they are a southern deep fried “dumpling” made from a cornmeal batter, with a crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior!

we will have a limited quantity of them both days, so if you want to try them, be sure to get your order in early!

we also see that saturday is supposed to be pretty nice out! we have nothing scheduled, but are looking to possibly set up somewhere! let us know if you need a food truck or know where we should set up. it is march madness after all… 🏀
