We get asked all the time during setups, why did you quit making smashed burgers?
So here it is…
When we did steak smashed we was getting a high quality of beef from our supplier.
You could taste it with every bite…
When the prices of beef rose, due low inventories in the US.
The supplier opted out of buying the same quality of beef, and instead chose a lesser quality for the same costs.😠
So I refused to pass that along to you.🤷🏻♂️
If you know me at all, then you know I will not serve you and your family just anything to make a buck.💯
So I switched up the menu.
Sadly, because we loved the burgers too.
The Solution:
Since I could not find the quality I wanted.
I made it….
Steak Smash burgers are back😀
I personally put together a steak grind that is even better than the ones we had before.
I grind the steak and hand patty each burger.
This is costing us more, and definitely adds to our workload…
But our prices are staying the same.
You and your family deserve great food, and we aim to bring it.
This journey took a lot of work behind the scenes of trial and error, but the results are amazing.
