Finally getting to use this 200qt "King Cooker" set up from You CAD Do It and WOW, this is a massive, massive quality of life upgrade.
The pots are locked in place, which also serves to lock in the heat on the bottom 5 inches.
Faster, more even heating than just blasting over an open burner, and the safety of not being able to knock a 200lb boiling pot off the stand. We love it.

Hello Taco Jim's friends! You may have noticed we've not been out and about this Spring. We are still here, but will only be doing 2 events this year.

Edited to add one more event that we will be doing this year - we will be at Shrimpfest in Golconda on Saturday, September 19th. Come see us there to see what kind of delectable shrimp taco/dish 'Jim' whips up!

Our 1st event will be the Murphysboro Apple Festival. It will be held Wednesday, September 9th - Saturday, September 12th.

Our 2nd event will be Vulture Fest in Makanda. It will be held Saturday, October 17th and Sunday, October 18th.

We'll have our full menu, so come hungry - we can't wait to see and serve you all!!

Fresh delivery of locally made awesomeness in a jar from Fired Up Jellies and Jams. We sold out of the spicy sauce this morning, but it will be back this evening, and hotter than ever!!
There will be no additional charge for the spicy rangoons today, we just want feedback!!!!
