Selfless Sundays are back at Turnagain Brewing! Every Sunday during the month of October, all tips earned in the taproom are being donated to your Nordic Skiing Association of Anchorage! We’re open 2-6 pm on Sundays. Today we also have an Irish Session upstairs at 3 pm, and football on the screen downstairs. We hope you’ll join us!

New Release!

Milk of the Hoppy is a milkshake IPA - a hazy IPA with lactose, vanilla bean, and actual passionfruit. ABV 7.2% for this thick beast, which features citrusy hop and tart passionfruit. It pours thick and creamy with bonus mouthfeel from the lactose. It is still FUNdamentally an IPA with a touch of bitterness, and yes, it is really FUN!

The final day is here… 😢

Wear pink and come say farewell to Mountain Pies . Ya’ll have done good job in reducing her food stocks this week. So good that today the menu is down to wings, tots and cheese balls until sold out. We’re opening at 2 pm and Meg is serving until you’ve emptied the cupboards and refrigerator. If you can’t get here in time for food, Meg will be here into the evening to share stories about the last 8 years. We’ll see you soon!!!!

Our monthly Open Mic is tonight starting at 6 pm. Grab your instrument and let’s hear what you’ve got! Singer-Songwriter? Come try out your original material. Sorry, the room can’t handle drum kits, but cajónes are a great alternative if your act needs percussion.

Fresh Release, Science on Tap and, of course, Mountain Pies for dinner!

We’ve got a fresh batch of our Piña Colada Sour pouring today. Pair this with your favorite Mountain Pies offering and settle in at 6 pm for the return of Science on Tap. This month, UAA’s Department of Biology presents a lecture by our very own Dr. Rosenzweig on how biologists solved a mystery in the brewing industry?!?!

Taproom opens at 2, Mountain Pies begins food service at 4 and Science on Tap starts at 6. Just a reminder, our parking lot is small so consider carpooling, ride-sharing or cycling in for tonight’s lecture. We hope you’ll choose to spend part of your Thursday evening with us. Cheers!

Rubber Ptarmigan joins us tonight with a showcase of local comedians! Show starts at 7, but seating is limited so get here early, get your Borealis Buns order in, grab a b**r and settle in for an evening of laughter. $10 per person suggested donation to support your local comedians.

We’re open till 9 with 16 taps, 2 gluten reduced offerings and 3 n/a options!
Our parking lot is small, so carpool, ride share or bike this way. There’s lots of street parking along King Street, but please be respectful of our neighboring businesses and not block their access.

Fall has arrived and OctoberFest begins! With that, is the annual release of our Marzen- a German-style Amber l***r.

This year’s version rings in at 5.5% ABV and is enough of an easy-drinker to tempt a second pour yet has restrained roasty malt body which makes it a little more filling than our lighter l***rs.

The taproom is open today 2-8 pm. Unfortunately our scheduled food truck has had to cancel for tonight, but you are welcome to bring in food from other sources.
