Is one of our favorite Cajun / Creole sauces and we have been dreaming of a pasta dish to incorporate it into the menu. So we made shrimp étouffée with roux, tomato, white wine, fresh veggie stock and spices, tossed some in and bam💥 pasta right here in Allentown!
