You guys are too good to us!
After being open for just a few months we found out that we were nominated for Best Bakery in the area and if that wasn't crazy enough you guys voted for us all the way to a Finalist! 🤯
What a total surprise! We were just honored to be considered alongside so many other amazing places that we admire in the area. The term "Bakery" is so broad, we are all very different from each other and bring unique things to the community. Thank you for considering us, voting for us and loving our treats so much!

Menu for Saturday! 😋🎉

Some absolute favorites and a couple newbies!!!

Our beloved German Chocolate with the best homemade filling will be here this week. We make it rarely because they are a labor of love!

And so many of you have been asking "when will you have Carrot back?!" So we swapped out pumpkin for carrot this week! Get it while we have it because we are switching back to pumpkin for the month after Saturday!

Also, is it too soon for something mint? I hope not, because these mint chocolate fudge cupcakes are so chocolatey and delicious!!!

Our best-selling cookie flavors are back and the white chocolate almond sugar cookie bars. The new kid on the block is the Oatmeal Creme Pie Cookie 😍
I created and tested this recipe last week and I kid you not, Brett is obsessed. "These are a problem" 😆 They taste just like the ones we all loved growing up but from-scratch and even better. He is convinced you guys are going to LOVE them.

Cake Cups, signature cakes, gluten-sensitive and vegan flavors will be posted Friday evening!

We are frequently asked, "What does a week look like for you guys?" Or "Do you bake every day?" Or "Why are you guys only open once a week?'

So here is a peak into what a week looks like for us! You guys only see us on Saturdays but we are in the kitchen all week long. It takes us all week to prep nearly 2,000 items for our one day open. We don't have employees or pre-made products to make things faster. From-scratch means more time for a better product. Many many hours behind the scenes go into our Saturday goodies! We bring you the freshest products we possibly can each week and this is the way we make it happen!

Brett and I switch off in many of these roles now which has been so cool to see him take the lead in a lot of the baking when he never did any of this before we opened the shop. From handyman to baker. So grateful to have him by my side on this journey!!

Loaded Monster Cookies are back on the menu! These are our best-selling cookie next to our Brown Butter Chocolate Chip. Gluten-Sensitive Loaded Monster Cookies available too. (If buying a dozen or more, please pre-order)

Sugar cookie bars are highly requested from our Summer menu -- Cherry Almond🍒(dye-free maraschino cherry buttercream) (If buying a dozen or more please pre-order)

*New* CHEESECAKE BARS! Pumpkin... need I say more?! Brown sugar, cinnamon, graham crust with homemade pumpkin cheesecake filling, salted caramel sauce and toasted pecans. YUM.

*New* SMORES cake cups!!😍 You guys... our moist chocolate cake, homemade marshmallow fluff, buttery graham crumbs and chocolate ganache. I am sooooo excited for these and they are going to fly out of the fridge so get there early!

Gluten Sensitive Cupcakes and Pumpkin Spice, Cookies n Cream and possibly another chocolate flavor. (We will also have Vegan/ GS Cookies n' Cream Cupcakes ☺️)

For years we've used name-brand PB cups from the company everyone knows best... This candy has been around for decades, it couldn't possibly have anything weird in it right?
A couple of months ago I decided to read the ingredient list randomly (I do this with all of our items before we buy them, but since I had been using this for years I never thought to read it again) and saw an ingredient I did not like. One I had heard of before but never imagined it would be in our candy. A preservative that can have some dangerous side-effects all for just a longer shelf life?! What a bummer. So I said no more!! 🙅🏼‍♀️🚫

So we brainstormed... Do we just stop using peanut butter cups in our products? Do we look for a natural company? Well, the only brand we found that we liked the ingredients of - they don't sell wholesale and the costs just didn't make sense. So in good ol' Amanda fashion (those of you that know me won't be surprised 😆) I said "let just make them ourselves!!"

So now we make them ourselves!🤷🏼‍♀️ Simple ingredients that I'm happy to put in our goodies!!

Brett's favorite candy has always been a PB Cup So when he told me that these are the best he's ever had and he couldn't get enough of them I was totally blown away! That was the best compliment I could've gotten and gave me peace about switching to these for our business. I don't think the smile left my face for a long time when he told me that. 😆

Anyway.... Hope you have been enjoying them in our Loaded Monster Cookies and as the topping of our Chocolate PB cupcakes. 😋😋😋
