Aaron and Dana don’t just own Crave; they’ve poured themselves into every detail since day one.

After years in the restaurant industry, they dreamed of creating a place where they could do things their own way. In 2005, they made that dream a reality by opening Crave, and they’ve remained hands-on ever since.

On any given day, you’ll find Aaron wearing countless hats: chef, dishwasher, inventory manager, maintenance worker—and whatever else needs to get done. Dana is the interior designer, bartender, front-of-house manager, and so much more.
